Fudge Baked Pudding for Chocolate Lovers


In 1 Bowl for the cake:
1 Cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
Add 1/2 Cup milk to dry ingredients and mix well

In a 2nd Bowl for the sauce:
1 3/4 Cups hot water
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Spread cake batter evenly into a greased 9x9 baking dish or something of similar size. It will be thin. Pour the sauce carefully all over the cake batter.

Carefully place baking dish into a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until the cake has risen and is cooked through when tested with a toothpick. You will have a wonderfully gooey chocolate pudding bubbling away under your rich chocolate cake.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, or alone.
