Chocolate Chips Anyone?

Cream Together:
1 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Combine in a separate bowl:
2 1/2 Cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Incorporate dry ingredients with the creamed ingredients and drop on a greased cookie sheet (or one lined with parchment paper). I use a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop. Flatten balls with a fork and bake in in a 400 degree oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are brown and the middle looks just set for a gooey cookie! Let rest on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.

Makes 28 Large Cookies.
