With school break comes this plethora of random photos peeking into what my home and heart loves. What I pursue, or rather what I'm trying to cultivate around my children's watchful eyes.

Since I can remember, I've enjoyed listening to "talk radio," meaning radio shows with people talking on it.... whether it be call-in shows or teaching programs like Turning Point, Revive Our Hearts, or Bible Answerman. Thankfully, radio has evolved into this wonderful thing called podcasts. Now, there are literally endless voices we can choose listen to--also kind of dangerous what you might stumble across. There are so many voices out there that could waste our time.

However, if you have a focused idea of what you're looking for, you can find it. And it could be profitable. There are a few that I like to keep up on, covering topics like homeschoolingreading aloud, motherhood, and most recently artJoyClarkson.com, is sharing her stories and inspiring art finds at her podcast. She is sharing about literature, music, and paintings on her show, and I'm really excited to listen to something entirely new, and yet close to my heart as a classically trained pianist, watercolor-beginner, and avid reader.

The other podcast that I really love listening to as I'm getting myself ready--doing makeup or hair,  exercising, or driving--is Life with Sally. She is so inspiring, and idealistic in a positive and godly way.
