Easy Baked Oatmeal for Breakfast

Normally, we have regular porridge with brown sugar and cinnamon for breakfast. This is a nice change though--kind of reminds me of fresh oatmeal cookies coming out of the oven.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In 1 bowl mix the following dry ingredients:
3 Cups quick Oats
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Cups Brown Sugar

In 2nd bowl mix the following wet ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/4 C softened Butter
1 Cup Milk

Combine wet and dry ingredients and then spoon into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until set and golden.

Makes 9 pieces.

Serve with warm milk poured on each piece.
